Hand therapy is led by a physiotherapist specialising in physiotherapy exercises and techniques for conditions affecting the hands, wrists and elbow.
Physiotherapists help those with a wide variety of conditions such as post-surgical, traumatic and other hand conditions. The aim of the service is to help patients maximise their hand function. The hand therapy team has a close link with the hand trauma clinics and run weekly clinics at the John Radcliffe Hospital with the hand consultants.
